my diet´s updates

Hi everyone
My name is Sarah on age 27. From yesterday i am on a diet, which is called Dukan diet. It is a diet with 3 different phases.

Here i will give my diet updates (food plan, recipes of the food, exercise, etc) for each day until 20th of January 2011 and then again from the 1st of February 2011 until i get my goal. :)
( My goal is 52 kg, it means that i have to loss 12,3 kg).

Date: 4th of January 2011
Start weight: 64,3 kg
Loss weight: 0 kg
Phase: 1st day of attack

___________________________________________________________________
7.00 am:
A cup of black coffee and a big glass of water
9-11 am:
Nothing ( i was busy, so i couldn´t get time to eat something)
13-15 pm:
200 ml of naturel yoghurt 0,1% with 25 grams of havrekild
17-19 pm:
300g of fresh chicken with a little chili ( some drops of oliveoil).
1 liter of water

I use to bike to university almost each day which takes 30 minutes (both ways)
I went for a walk for 45 minutes before the lunch.

Start weight: 64,3 kg
Today´s weight: 63,9 kg
Loss weight: 0,4 kg
Phase: 2nd day of attack

9-11 am:
200 ml of naturel yogurt 0,1% with 25 grams of havrekild and a half cup of black coffee
13-15 pm:
2 boiled eggs with 30 gram os breast chicken and some glasses of water
17-19 pm:
130 g of beef with yogurt 0,1 %.

I did some Dukan diet exercises after the dinner for few minutes.
